Wonderful

bedroom TWIN was spectacular, with a XMD view. bed was great, room was nice, services at counter was awesome. i didnt expect it to be so perfect to be honest.

the one down side is the ugly and uncomfortable sight at level 1 (old lobby), its really a turn off that we have to go through it everyday when we walk pass it to take the lift. it looks scary and dilapidated. doesn't fit your hotel, assuming it is not a territory that you can fix?

Clean, good location, complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby.

They don’t have power converter. Not all electronics are compatible or can be used with 110V. Some staff are unfriendly who don’t know how to smile at least when guests are asking them something. But some are nice and approachable.

Great spacious hotel with nice breakfast, but location could be better.

The property was extremely spacious and there were lots of places to hang coats and bags. Breakfast also tasted pretty good and all the dishes changed everyday throughout our stay. Free tidbits were also provided.

The property is located through the underpass (Ximen metro mall) at exit 6, but there is no elevator and you would have to climb a flight of stairs, which can be abit hard due to luggage. However, another option is to take the lift up at the Ximen station instead and walk along the street to the hotel. This caused the location to not be very ideal but still acceptable.

+The location is in the middle of Ximending. +Size of the room. We got a room for 3 and it comes with 2 queen size bed. + with a dining/siting table too. +Clean +The shower room and toilet are separated. Our toilet bowl has a bidet & it’s heated. +Breakfast buffet has Muslim friendly menu +Helpful & friendly staffs that speaks fluent English +Daily refill of free chips

Awesome hotel stay in Ximending!

love the comfortable double beds which was perfect for a family of 4. Breakfast had a good variety. Also loved the free flow snacks area and the games that were available. Very kids-friendly as well.

The soundproofing may not be that good as the neighbouring unit came over one morning to complain that my kids were too noisy and her kid was still sleeping.

Good stay (but read the whole review)

Fantastic location near train station and the heart of Ximending. Modern lobby for guest to chill with complimentary biscuits and coffee. Family room (2 queen beds) was decent sized. Self service laundry facility great for my family.

Initially booked a twin room but disliked the bed layout (bed were facing each other in one straight line instead of side by side), had no choice but to upgrade to a family room with 2 queen beds. Toilet bowl for both my family rooms (918, 926) were stuck. Hotel fixed it efficiently. However, to my dismay, they left a note informing me that if the toilet continues to be stuck, I’ll be liable for the repair charges. Me and my family have been to many hotels prior to Covid. This is the first time I encounter a stuck toilet bowl for both my rooms. Yet, the hotel thinks that guest should be liable for repair charges if it occurs again. I’m quite disappointed with how the hotel manages such issues.

Staff and facilities were awesome, just housekeeping can be better!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They were swift in responding to our questions and request, and were able to give us solutions if our request cannot be met.

Consistency of housekeeping wasn't there. One day, our tables were wiped down, but the next day, it wasn't. Things seemed to be done differently based on different housekeeper. Our carpets didn't seemed to be vacuumed as well, as both my grandmother and myself were constantly sneezing in room, but stopped the moment we stepped out of the room.

It was a very pleasant stay and great hospitality displayed by the staff! Will definitely stay here again.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful and room was nicely designed and super comfortable! Breakfast was a nice spread and there is even a laundry room.

perhaps there can be a booking system for the laundry machines as some guests were hogging machines for a long time.

my best stay in Taipei

location: it’s just right next to ximending. room: triple room is spacious than I expected, it has got three separate single beds and a small dining area. love that fact that shower and toilet is separate also. staff: friendly and helpful breakfast: good with wide range of selections but the dining area abit packed so u need to wait when it’s full house. but I do love they provide complimentary snacks and coffee/tea in the lobby.
